Data storage and processing with Supabase
We use the service provider Supabase as our backend and database platform. Personal data that you provide to us, for example via contact forms or when booking a campaign, is stored and processed on Supabase servers.
Supabase acts as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Supabase which obliges the provider to protect your data and to process it only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection law.
The processing in Supabase is carried out for the purpose of providing and technically operating our services (e.g. storing bookings, customer profiles, campaign information) and thus on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR.
Google Tag Manager, analytics & conversion tracking
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage and control analytics tools, conversion tracking and marketing pixels on our website (for example Google Analytics, advertising pixels from social networks or other tracking scripts). Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, does not store cookies and does not analyse your behaviour.
However, GTM enables the loading of other tags which may collect data such as your IP address, device and browser information, visited pages, conversions (e.g. completed bookings) and certain actions on the website. These tags are only used for analytics, performance measurement and to optimise our marketing activities.
The use of Google Tag Manager and the connected analytics and tracking tools is based on our legitimate interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website and marketing (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Where required by law, we will obtain your consent via a consent banner before corresponding cookies or pixels are set (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to provide our website, respond to enquiries and, where applicable, to prepare or fulfil a contract with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) as well as on the basis of our legitimate interests in the secure and efficient operation of this website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Where we rely on your consent, the processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Retention of data
We only store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated here or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about your stored personal data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability in accordance with the legal provisions.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes in our data processing or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
